1. PROMOTION DETAILS

1.1. The Heathrow Express 25x Points Promotion (the “Promotion”) offers Heathrow Rewards members the opportunity to earn 25x points on pre-booked Heathrow Express tickets when travelling during the Promotion Period.

1.2. Promotion Period: 09:00 UTC on 1 September 2025 to 17:00 UTC on 30 September 2025. Any tickets used after 17:00 UTC on 30 September 2025 will not be eligible for extra points under this Promotion.

2. PROMOTER DETAILS

2.1. The Promoter is HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED (company number 01991017) of The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GW, United Kingdom (“Promoter” or “Heathrow”).

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

3.1. This Promotion is available to all Heathrow Rewards members.

3.2. Eligibility is determined automatically when you make a qualifying booking during the Promotion Booking Period.

4. HOW TO QUALIFY

4.1. To qualify, you must:

4.1.1. be an eligible Heathrow Rewards member (see eligibility requirements above);

4.1.2. use a pre-booked Heathrow Express ticket to travel on the Heathrow Express during the Promotion Period; and

4.1.3. enter a valid Heathrow Rewards membership number during the online booking process.

4.2. Extra points are awarded after completing your travel on the Heathrow Express, typically within 30 days after travel.

5. EXTRA POINTS

5.1. You will earn 25 points per £1 spent (25 times the standard 1 point per £1 rate), up to a maximum of 5,000 promotional points per booking. Bookings over £200 will receive the maximum 5,000 promotional points plus standard points on the remaining amount. The extra points will be awarded after travel completion.

5.2. For return tickets, points will be awarded as follows:

5.2.1. Outbound Journeys: Points will be awarded after completion of the first journey.

5.2.2. Return Journey: Points will be awarded after completion of the return journey.

Both journeys must be completed during the Promotion Period to qualify for promotional points on each leg.

5.3. Extra points awarded under this Promotion are subject to the Promoter’s standard Heathrow Rewards expiry rules which can be found and read here: My Heathrow | Heathrow.

5.4. Heathrow Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.5. This Promotion may be combined with other applicable Heathrow Rewards benefits unless explicitly excluded.

6. QUALIFYING PRODUCTS

6.1. This Promotion applies to the following official Heathrow Express products booked online through the Promoter’s platform:

6.1.1. Standard Single ticket

6.1.2. Business First Single ticket

6.1.3. Standard Return ticket

6.1.4. Business First Return ticket

6.1.5. Standard Same Day Return ticket

6.1.6. Business First Same Day Return ticket

6.1.7. Standard Carnet 6 tickets

6.1.8. Business First Carnet 6 tickets

6.1.9. Standard Carnet 12 tickets

6.1.10. Business First Carnet 12 tickets

6.1.11. Standard Advance ticket

6.2. The Qualifying Products and services may be subject to name changes, rebranding, or facility renaming during or after the Promotion Period. Such changes shall not affect your eligibility or promotional benefits. Your ticket(s) remains valid and will qualify for 25x points regardless of any name changes to the Qualifying Products or facilities.

7. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

7.1. You may make multiple qualifying trips at any time. Extra points will apply to each ticket used during the Promotion Period.  Booking timing does not affect eligibility – only travel during the Promotion Period qualifies for promotional points.

7.2. Return journeys are processed as two separate tickets (outbound and return). Each leg is eligible for promotional points separately, within the 5,000-points cap applying to each individual journey.

7.3. This Promotion applies only to direct online bookings made on the Promoter’s official booking platform: Train to Heathrow | London To Heathrow | Heathrow Express to London. Tickets purchased at machines are not eligible for extra points. You must pre-book in order to qualify.

7.4. Bookings made through third-party platforms, travel agents, or reseller sites do not qualify.

7.5. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and exclude any bookings suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

8.1. If you cancel your booking and receive a full refund, promotional points will be deducted from your Heathrow Rewards account. Contact Help Centre | Ticket Refunds | Heathrow Express to process point adjustments.

9. SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

9.1. Train delays, cancellations, or other Heathrow Express issues will not affect your promotional points.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

10.1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to provide this Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, airport operational disruptions, government restrictions, system failures, or other unforeseeable events.

11. PERSONAL DATA

11.1. Participation in this promotion involves the processing of your Heathrow Rewards membership data, booking information, and Heathrow Express records to determine eligibility and award points. 12. INDEMNITIES AND LIABILITIES

12.1. You acknowledge and accept that the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion and/or revoke your booking at any time by giving notice to you without incurring any liability.

12.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay you suffer as a result of participating in this Promotion.

12.3. You will indemnify the Promoter from and against any losses which the Promoter suffers or incurs as a result of your breach, failure, performance, or negligence under these Terms and Conditions.

12.4. Subject to clauses 10.5 and 10.6, the Promoter shall have no liability to you under these Terms and Conditions.

12.5. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, employees or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be lawfully excluded which occurs as a result of participating in this Promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, employees or distributors. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

12.6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude, limit or restrict the ability of either party:

12.6.1. for death or personal injury arising from negligence;

12.6.2. in respect of any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

12.6.3. to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

13. GENERAL

13.1. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will make the amended Terms and Conditions available to you.

13.2. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation, or refuse the award of points, to any person in breach of these Terms and Conditions and its decision shall be absolute and final.

13.3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion with reasonable notice.

13.4. If at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be or becomes void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason under applicable law, the same shall be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired as a result of that omission.

13.5. Heathrow reserves the right to correct any errors in eligibility determination, booking processing or points allocation.

13.6. This Promotion is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned or shared with any other party.

13.8. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Heathrow Rewards Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement for this Promotion.

13.9. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

13.10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
