1. Promoter
1.1 The Prize Draw promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017), The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”).

2. How to enter

2.1 The Prize Draw will be available for entry from  12:00 GMT on 31/03/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 20:00 GMT on 06/05/2025 (the “Closing Date”) (inclusive). Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.

2.1 Entrants will be required to be signed into their My Heathrow account and visit the Prize Draw entry page at https://www.heathrow.com/myheathrow/s/offers/canada-prize-draw and click on the 'Enter now' button to confirm entry. Entry is only available via the Heathrow website and offline entries will not be accepted.

3.2 Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to enter the Prize Draw.

4. Eligibility to enter
4.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over;

4.2 Entrants must have a My Heathrow account;

4.3 Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Submission of duplicate entries will render all previous entries invalid for the duration of the Prize Draw;

4.4 No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet;

4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct or which are not eligible;

4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the Heathrow Prize Draw Terms and Conditions by an entrant.

4. 7 This Prize Draw is not available to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited, Air Canada, or of any third party who is connected with the creation or administration of this Prize Draw, or their direct families.

5. Conditions of the prize

5.1 Entrants are eligible to win two (2) economy class round trip promotional tickets valid for travel from London Heathrow to any of the following Canadian Gateway cities: Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, Vancouver, or Calgary (the “Prize”).

5.2 The Prize is valid for travel on scheduled Air Canada flights only (including flights operated under the Air Canada Express banner and operated by Air Canada rouge).

5.3 Space is subject to availability in economy class at the time of booking and all travel is to be completed by 30 April 2026. Travel during the following summer (19 June 2025 to 7 September 2025) and Christmas (10 December 2025 to 11 January 2026) peak travel periods are on a request basis only and subject to availability.

5.4 The Prize is supplied by Air Canada.

5.5. The Prizes included in this Prize Draw are non-transferable, non-exchangeable or upgradable, or non-refundable, or redeemable for cash or Heathrow Rewards points or similar.

5.6. The Prize may not be distributed or sold, or otherwise used for commercial or personal gain, other than for the purpose for which it is intended. Air Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel the Prize at its discretion. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may be subject to cancellation of the Prize and/or to any legal or other recourse available for the recovery of damages suffered or costs, expenses, or loss incurred as a result of such prohibited use.

5.7. The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being part of the Prize.

5.8. By entering the Prize Draw you accept these T&Cs.

5.10.  The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

5.11. Conditions on use of the Prize include the following:
5.11.1. Once the Prize has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed. However, a change to the flight time, and/or travel date may be permitted. A change fee per promotional ticket may apply.

5.11.2. All travel must be completed before the expiry date and no extension of validity will be made.

5.11.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be upgraded or redeemable for cash or Heathrow Rewards points or similar.

5.11.4. Frequent flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted.

5.11.5. Return travel on the promotional ticket(s) must be completed within ninety (90) days of outbound travel.

5.11.6. Stopovers or multi-city itineraries are not permitted.

5.11.7. Air Canada is not responsible for any costs due to delay, cancellation or disruption of service.

5.11.8. Denied boarding compensation is not applicable.

5.11.9. Any income tax liability incurred in connection with the Prize is the responsibility of the passenger.

5.11.10. Promotional ticket(s) can only be used by the recipient. If two (2) or more tickets are won, they must be used to travel on the same flights/dates as the recipient.

5.11.11. The use of eUpgrade credits is not permitted.

5.11.12.  Recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to the Prize or for the fraudulent use of the Prize.

5.11.13. In the event the Prize was part of a contest, the terms and conditions of the contest apply.

5.11.14. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the other terms and conditions applicable to Air Canada tickets, and accessible on Air Canada’s website. 

6. Winners
6.1 The Prize winner will be drawn at random from the eligible entries.

7. How to claim your prize
7.1 The winner will be notified by the Promoter by the email address or telephone number linked to their Heathrow Rewards account within fourteen (14) days of the Closing Date.

7.2. If the Prize is unclaimed by the initial winner fourteen (14) days after the winner has been notified, the Promoter will make one further attempt to contact the winner. There will be no further correspondence if the winner does not respond to the correspondence from the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of the further attempt to contact the winner.

7.3. In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed, no further draws will take place.

7.4. The Promoter’s selection regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.5.         Where capable of physical delivery, the Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) by email notified by the winner to the Promoter, within a reasonable timescale after the winner(s) claims the Prize(s).  In all other cases, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to book or obtain their Prize(s).

8. Limitation of liability
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the Prize to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.

8.2 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw.

9. Personal data
9.1 By entering this Heathrow Prize Draw the winner(s) agrees to their name and location being published on the Heathrow website in the form of ‘title’, ‘surname’ and ‘county’ or ‘country’.

9.2 By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw.

9.3 Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

9.4 Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ personal data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accessed at https://www.heathrow.com/privacy-notice/commercial-services-privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.

9.5 Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their personal data under clause 9 or request that the amount of personal data used for the purposes of clause 9 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.

9.6 Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 9, the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s personal data to such regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize(s) has been validly claimed.

10. General
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
