Heathrow is developing four new warehouse buildings, each split into eight high-quality units. In total, there will be 32 self-contained light industrial spaces ranging from 200 sqm to 400 sqm.
The site is undergoing a full redevelopment and will be ready in summer 2026. Its position on the east side of the airport offers a rare chance to secure space at one of the world’s busiest hubs.
