1.1. The Prize Draw promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017) The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”). Please do not send entries to this address.
2.1. The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 00:01 BST on 09/08/2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 BST on 29/08/2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.
2.2. You can enter the Prize Draw in the following ways:
2.2.1. Online: By completing the entry form at https://www.heathrow.com/heathrow-rewards/offers-and-competitions. Online entries are free of charge. A valid internet connection is required to enter the Prize Draw.
2.3. All entries must include your name, email address, postal address (including postcode) and telephone number.
2.4. Entrants will be required to login to their Heathrow Rewards account and indicate via a tick box that they would like to participate in the Prize Draw and follow the instructions. Entry is only available via the Heathrow Rewards member website or, for those experiencing any accessibility issues or difficulty in entering the Prize Draw on the Heathrow Rewards website, postal entries addressed to: Heathrow Rewards, 3 Manor Court, Dix's Fld, Exeter EX1 1ST and received by the Closing Date will be accepted if the following details are provided:
2.4.1. the entrant’s full name;
2.4.2. a valid Heathrow Rewards-linked email address; and
2.4.3. written consent to participate in the Prize Draw.
2.5. Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to enter the Prize Draw.
2.6. By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3.1. Entry is open to Heathrow Rewards members only.
3.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3.3. Entrants must prove their age if requested by the Promoter.
3.4. Entrants must be a UK resident.
3.5. Only one (1) entry per Heathrow Rewards member is permitted. No automated or duplicate entries will be accepted and any entrant found to be entering more than once may be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
3.6. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet.
3.7. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct or which are not eligible under Clause 3.
3.8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the Heathrow Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions or these Terms and Conditions by an entrant.
3.9. All required details must be provided for an entry to be considered valid. Entry cannot be accepted if all required details are not provided, incomplete, illegible or inaccurate.
3.10. This Prize Draw is not open for entry to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited, or EgyptAir or of any third party who are connected with the creation or administration of the Prize Draw, or their direct families.
4.1. Entrants are eligible to win one (1) of two (2) pairs of tickets with EGYPTAIR.
4.1.1. Prize 1: Two tickets Heathrow – Cairo – Heathrow in Business class (R class). Tickets must be issued before 31st December 2024. Tickets are valid on EGYPTAIR flights only. Travel is not permitted from 15DEC24 – 27DEC24 and subject to Reserve Booking Designator availability on the date requested
4.1.2. Prize 2: Two tickets Heathrow – Cairo – Heathrow in Economy class (N class). Tickets must be issued before 31st December 2024. Tickets are valid on EGYPTAIR flights only. Travel is not permitted from 15DEC24 – 27DEC24 and subject to Reserve Booking Designator availability on the date requested
4.2. The prize is supplied by EgyptAir.
4.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash or Heathrow Rewards alternative is available.
4.4. The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being part of the prize.

4.6. The Prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize(s) as stated.
4.7. Tickets must be issued before 31st December 2024. Tickets are valid on EGYPTAIR flights only. Travel is not permitted from 15DEC24 – 27DEC24 and subject to Reserve Booking Designator availability on the date requested
4.8. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize(s) with alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.1. The Prize winners will be drawn at random from the eligible entries.
6.1. The winners will be notified by the Promoter by the email address or telephone number linked to their Heathrow Rewards account within 10 days of the Closing Date.
6.2. If Prize(s) remain unclaimed by the initial winner 10 days after the winner has been notified, the Promoter will make one further attempt to contact the winner. There will be no further correspondence if the winner(s) does not respond to the correspondence from the Promoter within 15 days of the further attempt to contact the winner.
6.3. If the Prize(s) remains unclaimed 10 days after the Promoter’s second attempt at contacting the winner, or the winner is ineligible to take up the Prize(s) for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize(s) to the next entrant in line.
6.4. The Promoter’s selection regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.5. Where capable of physical delivery, the Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) by email or by post, free of charge to a UK postal address notified by the winner to the Promoter, within a reasonable timescale after the winner(s) claims the Prize(s). In all other cases, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to book or obtain their Prize(s).
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the Prize(s) to alternative Prize(s) at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.
7.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
7.3. The Promoter does not accept liability for failure of the Prize(s) to arrive at its destination where incorrect contact details have been supplied by a winner.
7.4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize(s), except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.1. By entering this Prize Draw entrants agree that the winner’s name and location will be published on the Heathrow Rewards website in the form of ‘title’, ‘surname’ and ‘county’.
8.2. By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their Personal Data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw.
8.3. Any Personal Data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).
8.4. Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.
8.5. Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under clause 8 or request that the amount of personal data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.
8.6. Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 8.5 the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s personal data to such regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize(s) has been validly claimed.
8.7. The winner of this Prize Draw may be asked to participate in publicity.
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
